Jere loves to teach and share with others! He offers classes and workshops and does public speaking engagements for the general public as well as for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.Topics include Spiritual Psychology, meditation and mindfulness, spirituality, heart-centered communication, healthy relationships, conscious leadership, reclaiming your life from burnout, and similar subjects. Retreats

Jere Friedman creates and facilitates powerful, life-changing retreats for men and women. For example, at The Authentic Man Retreat in October 2017, Jere led a group of 13 men as they explored what it means to fully live as a “man” in today’s world at all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Participants in this retreat were profoundly moved as they deepened their connection to their “Authentic Self” and moved forward on their life’s journey. They learned heart-centered listening and shared their own life experiences and wisdom while receiving the same from the other men in the group. Each person had fun, created strong connections with like-minded men, and developed a more meaningful relationship with Spirit, Self, and the world at large.  


In February 2019, Jere Friedman and fellow meditation teacher Laurie Keig-Morrell led 20 men and women in a one-day retreat entitled “TAKING REFUGE – Cultivating Unconditional Friendship with Oneself.” Discussion topics and activities included instruction, discussion, and experience with a wide variety of meditation processes that cultivate self-compassion, loving-kindness for oneself and others, gratitude, and inner peace; exploring how cultivating self-compassion enhances our inner and outer life experience, enriches our connection with ourselves and others, and promotes enhanced relationships; gentle yoga with Laurie; and a gongbath with Jere.
