Meditation and Mindfulness

Jere Friedman is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, having completed the 200-hour Meditation Teacher Academy at McLean Meditation Institute®.

Jere is available for private one-on-one or group classes by appointment. Jere also leads classes, workshops, and retreats on meditation and mindfulness for the general public as well as large and small businesses, professional practices, and not-for-profit organizations.
