Jere Friedman is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, having completed the 200-hour Meditation Teacher Academy at McLean Meditation Institute® in Sedona, AZ.


Jere is a featured teacher on the Insight Timer meditation app, one of the most popular meditation apps in the world. He is available for private one-on-one or group classes by appointment. Jere also leads classes, workshops, and retreats on meditation and mindfulness for the general public as well as for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including law firms and other professional practices.


Jere has personally experienced the transformational rewards of reduced stress, increased inner peace and calm, enhanced relationships, improved focus and efficiency, heightened intuition, and living a more authentic life that become available when one adopts a daily meditation practice.
