Meditation and Mindfulness


Jere Friedman is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, having completed the 200-hour Meditation Teacher Academy at McLean Meditation Institute® in Sedona, AZ.

Jere teaches a weekly class called Meditation, Mindfulness & Gongbath at A Mindfulness Life Center in Scottsdale, Arizona (see below for more info). He also is a featured teacher on the Insight Timer meditation app, one of the most popular meditation apps in the world. He is available for private one-on-one or group classes by appointment. Jere also leads classes, workshops, and retreats on meditation and mindfulness for the general public as well as for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including law firms and other professional practices.
