As a Soul-Centered Professional Coach, Jere works with individuals and organizations – people just like you - who have demonstrated the ability to achieve a high degree of success in their lives and who are ready, willing, and able to make a significant change in one or more area(s) of their life, such as:
“Coaching is about possibilities,” says Jere. “Coaching is about transformation – transformation that brings fulfillment into your life, transforming relationships, transforming your moment-to-moment experience in life. I support my clients in transforming their lives – and consciousness. I ask questions like, 'What do you want to create in your life? What do you want more of? How do you want to ‘show up’ differently than the way you currently show up for yourself and others? How can you live your life to the fullest?' And then I help them explore, dig really deep, to find the answers to those questions and create action steps to bring those actions into their lives."
“My clients are highly motivated and committed. I support them in breaking through their self-imposed barriers – their limiting beliefs or habitual thought patterns – to create and manifest ‘what’s next’ in their life or for their organization. In the process, I challenge and support my clients to examine and to grow on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. That last aspect is especially important, because making changes in other areas of a person’s life really isn’t meaningful and won't deliver lasting fulfillment unless the person examines the fundamental questions of ‘who am I?,’ ‘why am I here?,’ and ‘how can I make a meaningful difference in the world in this lifetime?’ When a person answers the question "What do I really want?" and acts upon that, then they can manifest life-changing joy and fulfillment that truly enhances their moment-to-moment experience and their contributions to the world. Coaching provides a container of support, encouragement, and accountability that often are the key ingredients to ensure a successful outcome, and not just 'more of the same.'"
Jere meets with clients in person, via Zoom or Skype, or by phone. He typically creates a program to work with clients for six months or longer. A program generally includes two 60 to 90-minute sessions each month, plus "spot coaching" by telephone, Zoom or Skype, or email as needed between regular sessions, but it can vary depending on a client’s particular needs or the nature of the project he or she (or the organization) wants to work on.
“It’s really impossible for me to communicate a meaningful impression of what the coaching experience is really all about just by talking or writing about it,” says Jere. “It’s kind of like trying to tell a person what it’s like to go swimming. I could talk to you about it for a long time, but until I get you in the water and show you how to move your arms and legs so that you begin moving yourself through the water, you’ll never really have an experience of what swimming really is all about. So, the best thing to do is call me or send me an email to start the conversation. What are your needs? What are you looking for in a coach? Let’s explore if it makes sense for us to work together!”
